Doctify

Doctify is a healthcare software company founded in 2015 by two orthopedic surgeons. It operates a global SaaS platform that allows doctors, dentists and hospitals to collect verified feedback from patients, and allows patients to find and book healthcare providers through verified reviews. Providers use the same platform to analyse feedback and identify ways to improve quality of care.

The company's technical work spans SaaS platform development, healthcare technology, patient feedback and review systems, provider search and booking, and data analytics and insights. Doctify Platform operates across six markets: the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, the UAE and Australia. Its stated mission is to help over 100 million patients by 2025.

Doctify has raised over $30m in funding. In 2024 it was featured in the Financial Times FT1000 as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies. The company's product development is informed by founder-led clinical expertise, and it describes its focus as being on verified providers and patient trust.
