Pexon Consulting GmbH

Pexon Consulting GmbH is a technical consulting house founded in 2019 by engineers Phillip Pham and Paul Niebler to close the gap between consulting promises and technical delivery. The firm concentrates on hands-on implementation rather than advisory work, covering cloud migration, cloud infrastructure modernisation, data analytics and artificial intelligence, including the development of proprietary AI platforms and GDPR-compliant AI solutions. Its clients range from Mittelstand companies to DAX-listed corporations across the DACH region.

The company employs more than 100 professionals, roughly 90% of whom are technicians and engineers, and has completed over 400 projects since 2020. Its headquarters is in Grünwald near Munich, with further offices in Berlin, Darmstadt and other German cities.

Pexon describes itself as built by engineers, for engineers, with a deep-rooted engineering culture and an emphasis on delivering working implementations rather than slide decks.
