Nebius is a technology company that builds full-stack AI cloud infrastructure, combining hyperscaler-scale GPU clusters with supercomputer-level performance. Its infrastructure supports machine-learning workloads through GPU cloud services, high-performance computing and AI-optimized data centre engineering. The company employs hundreds of engineers and maintains an in-house AI research and development team that uses its own platform to meet the practical needs of machine-learning practitioners.

The company's products include large-scale GPU clusters deployed across Europe and the United States, and ISEG, a supercomputer built by Nebius and ranked among the world's most powerful. Its data centre footprint comprises sustainable, AI-optimized facilities, including one 60 kilometres from Helsinki and a new site in Vineland, New Jersey. The latter supports a multi-billion-dollar agreement with Microsoft to deliver dedicated AI infrastructure.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, Nebius is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker NBIS and has raised $700 million in capital. Its customer base spans healthcare and life sciences, robotics, finance, entertainment, AI start-ups, research institutes and enterprise AI.
