Marmon Holdings, Inc. is a global industrial organisation headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Founded in 1950 by brothers Jay Pritzker and Robert Pritzker, it is a Berkshire Hathaway company with annual revenue of $13 billion and approximately 30,000 team members worldwide. The group comprises more than 120 autonomous businesses organised into 11 industry groups.

Its businesses span industrial manufacturing and adjacent sectors: medical technologies, water solutions, foodservice technologies, retail solutions, transportation products, rail services, electrical products, plumbing and refrigeration, metal services, crane services and industrial products. Work is carried out across a global footprint, with operations in a wide range of industrial and service markets.

The company operates through what it calls The Marmon Method, a decentralised model that gives local companies autonomy while providing centralised support, financial strength and strategic resources. Marmon describes itself as "the biggest small business you'll ever find", reflecting an emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship at the level of individual businesses. The Marmon name pays homage to the Marmon Motor Car Company (1902-1933), maker of the Marmon Wasp that won the first Indianapolis 500 in 1911. The company is led by Chairman and CEO Angelo Pantaleo, who joined in 1991 and assumed his current role in December 2018.
